To say it has been extremely busy at the studio since 04 . 01 . 2022 would be an understatement. It has been a rollercoaster development ride of mostly positive and fulfilling development experiences. And I'm here to tell you all about it 😎😄.
So here's what's been happening at Emperortech Ltd:
Studio Fusion
This is true as the initial idea was to create two companies focused on different business objectives.
Emperortech Ltd was meant to focus freelance business services, while Shadowarts Ltd was incorporated to focus on the development of the numerous creative intellectual properties previously owned by Emperortech Ltd.
There was an unofficial property transfer in the interim.
On 05 . 01 . 2022 I decided that Shadowarts will continue as a creative software development company, while Emperortech Ltd will carry on with the development and publishing of those creative intellectual properties as well as business applications (e.g. QR.EASY). What this means is that henceforth, you will see the logos from both companies in our creative applications.
Productivity applications however will only show the Emperortech Ltd logo.
To the end user, there will be no change whatsoever with regards to how applications are served to you. You will still receive the high quality home made excellence that you rightly deserve as your support has been beyond my imaginations so far.

QR.EASY - Launch and Development UPDATE

QR.EASY has been a wonderful development thus far, and I can confirm that the app is now at 90% complete, with all core features now fully implemented.
The remaining 10% will be attributed to testing, localization, organic social media engagements, and publishing work flows.
With that being said QR.EASY will not support Persian (Farci), as well as Simplified Arabic text displays in the text box as originally intended 😓😰😭. This as you can imagine is very upsetting for me because I spent a great deal of development time testing different font solutions to include native support for the aforementioned languages and all other various sub-sets. However due to technical difficulties, I have arrived at the conclusion that it would be best to focus on the languages and regions that are fully functional.
QR.EASY supports:
Full Language Support
- Basic Cyrillic, Basic Latin, Catalan, Euro, Pinyin, Romanian, Turkish, Western European
Partial Language Support
- Baltic 97%
- Central European 97%
- Esperanto 83%
Emperortech Ltd is dedicated to providing fully featured native language support even after the app has been published. So expect many improvements and updates after launch with new additions too. Localization is just as important as the core of QR.EASY, and ETL aims to provide support for as many languages as possible.
I would like to use this as an opportunity to specially thank @lionliing.gamedev who provided invaluable support and professional feedback over Instagram regarding support for the Persian (Farsi) language in QR.EASY as well as general website usability feedback.
He was very kind to spot errors in the language translations, and even informed me that he was having similar localization issues himself.
I'd like to once again say a big thank you for your expert feedback and support as it has saved me many hours of development time as well as numerous headaches.
During out discussion, we even admitted that as programmers, we don't like to give up so easily. There is always an alternative solution to a given problem.
However on the front of Persian (Farsi) and Simplified Arabic native language support ? It seems the technical issues currently faced could very well affect that core of the app, which I simply wouldn't want to happen at all.
With that being said, I think I will relegate this issue to 'Research and Development' for any future native support for the aforementioned languages.
The MEGA MIXABLE LIVE surprise

Ladies and Gentlemen, In a surprising turn of events, the original 2018 release of Mega Mixable Live (Free Version) is now back on digital store shelves 😀😎.
This will now be henceforth known as:
MEGA MIXABLE LIVE LEGACY (M2L2).
You can download it at:
- iOS App Store
- Amazon App Store
- Google Play store
While the iOS version is immediately available, you will have to please give it a few hours before it reflects on all the other digital stores given how long it has been in hibernation.
⚠️ ⛔ Please bear in mind this release is 4 years old, and has not received the 2022 update, so there most likely be bugs and inconsistencies. If you do encounter anything strange, please don't hesitate to use the bug reporting form here 🐞. I will only log bugs submitted via the bug reporting form. Given the size of the company, I find that this method makes it easier for me to work and focus on app development.

After the re-release of MEGA MIXABLE LIVE DELUXE on 14 . 02 . 2022, M2L2 will receive a performance that will upgrade the app to modern mobile application standards.
Why Legacy ?
I've decided that M2L (2018) didn't receive as much support as it deserved after launch. This is something that I'm unhappy about even till this day. But I also realize that at the time, certain circumstances made it almost impossible for the app to receive the attention it needed in order to flourish. For this reason I've decided to keep the app alive across all the digital app stores that it was originally published to, with improvements and updates coming in regularly.
The first update will arrive on 30 . 02 . 2022. So please mark this date on your calendars.
Conclusion
Things are very busy right now at ETL, and I'll be minimizing my social media presence leading up to the following launches:
